These Terms govern your use of anchorpointfitness.com and any products you buy from AnchorPoint Fitness Collective LLC ("AnchorPoint", "we", "us"). You accept these Terms when you use the site, and you confirm that acceptance at checkout.
1. Eligibility, health and safety
Our programs are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use them. Our programs involve physical exercise; our Health & Exercise Disclaimer is part of these Terms, and you must read and accept it before using any program.
2. Purchases and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Your order is complete when Stripe confirms the payment. Delayed payment methods may take several business days.
3. Delivery
Digital products such as the AnchorPoint 30-Day Reset Guide are delivered by email as a secure download link once payment is confirmed — usually within minutes. Each link works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. You can request a new link at any time from the Re-send my download page using your purchase email.
4. License to use our content
When you purchase a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view and print it for your own training. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, or distribute the guide or any part of it, or use it to coach others commercially, without our written permission. All content, logos and trademarks remain the property of AnchorPoint Fitness Collective LLC.
5. Refunds
Because our guides are digital downloads, all sales are final once the guide has been successfully downloaded, except as described in our Refund Policy (for example duplicate or unauthorized charges, non-delivery, a defective file, or a product materially different from its description). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
6. No guarantees
Our content is general fitness information provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific fitness, health, or body-composition result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnchorPoint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the "Last updated" date.
