AnchorPoint Fitness Collective LLC ("AnchorPoint", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through anchorpointfitness.com, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Purchases. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly; we never receive or store your card or bank account number. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, billing country or postal code, the product purchased, the amount paid, and the payment status.
• Purchase and download records. We keep a record of your acceptance of our terms at checkout, the download links issued, and each download (date and time, IP address and browser type), to deliver your purchase, prevent abuse, apply our Refund Policy and respond to payment disputes.
• Messages. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message.
• Launch notification. If you ask to be notified when a product becomes available, we keep your email address only to send you that one notification, then remove it from the list.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• Marketing source. If you arrive through one of our links with a campaign tag (for example from our Instagram), that tag is kept in your browser for the visit and recorded with your order, so we know which posts lead to purchases. Without a tag, we record only the type of site you came from (for example a search engine or a social app), not the page or what you searched for. It does not identify you.

How we use information

• To process your order and email your download link. Stripe may also email you a payment receipt.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing emails.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and file storage.
• Resend — sending order and download emails.
• Google Workspace — our business email, where contact messages and replies are received.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, support, and legal and tax requirements (generally up to 7 years). Contact messages are kept up to 2 years. Download-link records are kept with the order; expired links can no longer be used.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@anchorpointfitness.com. Some records must be kept for legal reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Visit counts and campaign tags work without cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages for security and fraud prevention.

Age

Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
