Refund Policy

Digital product purchases
The AnchorPoint 30-Day Reset Guide is a downloadable digital product delivered by secure email link following payment confirmation.
All sales are final once the digital guide has been successfully downloaded. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with personal progress, failure to complete the program, or deciding not to use the purchased materials.
Exceptions
We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund or provide another remedy for:
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges.
- Failure to deliver the purchased guide that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
- A corrupted, inaccessible, or materially defective file that we cannot replace or correct.
- A product materially different from its description at the time of purchase.
- Circumstances in which a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
If you experience a delivery or technical problem, email support@anchorpointfitness.com. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working replacement. You can also request a new download link on the Re-send my download page.
If a refund is issued, the download links for that purchase stop working.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.
